	CHRIS FLAKUS President, CSI Search Chris Flakus joined CSI Search as Director in 2003 to develop the Finance and Accounting practice and was promoted to President in 2005. With more than 15 years of F & A executive search and consulting experience, Chris is focused on continuing to develop the CSI brand in markets including Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, Charlotte, Nashville, Houston and Dallas.

	RAFE SANSON CFO, The CSI Companies Rafe Sanson joined CSI as CFO in 2005 after successful Controllership stints with two Fortune 500 companies, Fidelity and Winn Dixie. Since his addition to CSI, Rafe has been actively involved in growing CSI’s finance and accounting business and will be an active leader in the Financial Solutions practice.

	SCOTT MYERS Regional Director of Finance and Accounting Scott Myers's blue-chip experience includes serving as Finance Director and Sr. Vice President for Citigroup's North America Information Technology. Scott also served as CFO for CitiCards Technology. Prior to Citigroup, Scott's financial credentials include a successful career track with Convergys Corporation. He served as Finance Director supporting a Fortune 200 client from operations in the U.S., Canada, and India. He holds an MBA from the University of North Florida.

	RICKY CAPLIN Senior Manager of Financial Recruiting Ricky received a B.S. in Accounting and Masters of Accounting from the University of Florida. Prior to CSI Search, Ricky was employed by KPMG, LLP as a senior audit associate. Ricky provided audit and advisory services for North Florida's largest companies, including Jacksonville's largest fortune 500 company. Ricky has extensive experience with insurance, retail, banking, and manufacturing related clients.

	CHRIS HUTCHINS Director, CSI Search Chris Hutchins, CSI’s most recent addition, brings both sales and Finance/Accounting experience. Chris most recently worked at Accretive Solutions focusing on Business Development and Client Management. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, he held the position of Controller with Bombardier Capital. While at Bombardier, Chris’ responsibilities entailed oversight and management of Accounting, Finance and Cash Applications departments within BCI’s Mortgage and Consumer portfolios.
