Chris Flakus joined CSI Search as Director in 2003 to develop the Finance and Accounting practice and was promoted to President in 2005. With more than 15 years of F & A executive search and consulting experience, Chris is focused on continuing to develop the CSI brand in markets including Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, Charlotte, Nashville, Houston and Dallas.

Rafe Sanson joined CSI as CFO in 2005 after successful Controllership stints with two Fortune 500 companies, Fidelity and Winn Dixie. Since his addition to CSI, Rafe has been actively involved in growing CSI’s finance and accounting business and will be an active leader in the Financial Solutions practice.
